Net2BBS 0.9.6.4

Hi Guys,

I released a minor update to Net2BBS:

There is a new option in the .Ini file to allow the nodes to startup either
Normal, Minimized, or Hidden. See the readme for details.

I probally wont get around to NetFoss for another couple weeks, but if
anyone has any suggestions let me know.
