ZappNews and ZappLiners Status Update

ZappNews:

Definitely a living work in progress... ZappNews has web output, and is very functional! Current development is in the configuration. All the settings are currently hardcoded, so it's not ready for even a public beta. Also, I intend on having a door editor for the news items and an importer for Syncnews. Where it goes from there really depends on interest generated.

ZappLinerz:
I'm determined to not release ZappLiners until a 2.0 Final version. Current status is a partially working Win32 configuration app. HTML output (via win32 commandline app) is working well, but needs some cleaning up.
