Cheepware is still alive...

I have been busy working on Cheepware and am getting close to doing some refreshed releases of my doors as well as a complete rewrite of one of my sysop utilities.

I now have a beta team and my own support echo, CHWARE, in Fidonet. I've "refreshed" all of my doors to my current codebase and have fixed several small bugs in a few of the doors. All of the doors are in beta testing now and should be ready to go in the next few weeks. I've also rewritten (and made a little smarter) my ANSIview utility which is a command-line ANSI viewer for OS/2-eCS, Win32 and DOS. That is still in testing but should be released around the same time as the doors.

For more information on Cheepware, catch me in Fidonet or Micronet or visit the Cheepware page on my website (http://nsbbs.info). I hope to have the email FREQ system back online here soon.

Doesn't feel like I've been working on my doors for 11 years, but it has been a long, strange trip. :) Good luck to Roalt and his newfound interest in door development.
